The mixer was delivered quickly and is as described. overall i am quite impressed. the unit is lightweight yet has sufficient volume for my needs. it is very quiet compared to anoher stand mixer i have. using the whip function it whipped three cups of heavy cream to stiff peaks in about 2 and 1/2 minutes. the bowl cover worked well and kept the cream from spattering.
